Workstation Customizations

Integrated Workstations — the chair is integrated into the workstation

Non-Integrated workstations - does not come with a chair, so you do not need to choose 1 (Cushion Type and Thickness) or 2 (Cushion Cover Type and Color)

1. Choose Your Cushion Type & Thickness

Default Option

The default cushion type and thickness is:

  • First layer: 2 inches of Polyurethane foam
  • Second layer: 3 inches of Memory foam

90 percent of our clients go with the default option.

Customization Options

If you’re allergic to Poly or Memory foam or you want to customize your cushion type and thickness, you can select from the customization options.

You can choose from these cushion types:

  • Memory Foam: easily shapes itself to your body. Lifespan of 10 years.
  • Latex: breathable and eco-friendly. Lifespan of 20 years.
  • Poly Foam: resistant to damage, lightweight, high level of insulation.

You can choose from these cushion thicknesses:

  • 1 inch
  • 2 inches
  • 3 inches

2. Choose Your Cushion Cover Type and Color

 

Default Option

 

The default cushion cover type and color is:

 

  • Cushion Cover Type: Cotton

 

  • Color: Black

 

Customization Options

 

If you’re allergic to cotton or you want a different material and/or color, you can select from the customization options.

You can choose from:

  • Cotton: wrinkle resistant, quick drying, stain resistant, hypoallergenic

 

  • Leather: natural, quality improves over time, flexible, durable

 

  • Vinyl: easy to clean, appearance and durability are similar to leather

3. Choose Your Monitor Size and Configuration

Default Option

The default monitor size is Small.

The default monitor configuration is B.

4. Choose Your Tray Type

Default Option

  • Tray A (the wraparound or kidney-style tray) is the default tray option. It comes in 3 sizes: Small, Medium, and Large.


Customization Options

  • Tray B (the standard rectangular tray) is smaller than Tray A.

 

  • Tray C is Tray A with a writing surface extension on either the left or right side.

 

  • Tray D is bariatric (an extended, deeper cut-out for larger bodies).


If none of these options work, we can build a customized tray to suit your particular needs.

5. Choose Your Assembly Help

You can choose from:


Default Option:

  • Self Assembly: a technician will help guide you through assembling your workstation remotely 



Other Option:

 

  • Professional Assembly: a technician will remove the workstation from the packaging, move the workstation into your residence, and assemble the workstation in a ~3 hour time frame 

6. Add Lumbar Support System [OPTIONAL]

ErgoQuest can install lumbar support in the chair back which you can inflate and deflate using a manual air pump.
